This toolkit reviews the phases of role transition from Brown and Olshansky's "From Limbo to Legitimacy" theoretical model. Each phase will have an video and list of evidence based resources for you to access. These resources are aimed at providing you with the information you need during each phase to help answer your questions and ease your role transition. The goal of this toolkit is to help ease and facilitate your role transition, while ultimatley improving patient outcomes!
